Sharon Moreau was born in Colorado and received her BA and MA
at the University of Colorado. She is an alumnus of the New York Studio
School and a lifetime member of the Art Students League of New York,
studying also at Cooper Union and School of Visual Arts.
She has had solo exhibitions at the Bowery Gallery, NY; Cornelia Street Cafe,
NY; New York City Public Library, and Marylou's Restaurant Gallery, NY.
She has participated in many group exhibitions some of which are the
Hullaballoo Fountain Art Fair, Armory Show, NYC; Bowery Gallery, NY;
Studio Gallery, San Francisco, CA; William Lester Gallery, CA; Manhattan Borough Presidents Office, NY; Pen and Brush Galleries, NY; Washington Square East Galleries, NY.
Her awards include residencies at the Vermont Studio Center, Constance Saltonstall Foundation for the Arts, The Artists' Enclave at I-Park, and the New York City Public Library.
Sharon lives and works in New York City.
